3. Trading Journal Data

Trading session data, trade logs, screenshots, and performance metrics submitted through the KwantOne web app are used to deliver the coaching service — specifically to generate report cards and performance feedback. You expressly agree that KwantOne may also use your submitted data in the following additional ways:

Internal Research & Development: Your trading data may be used internally by KwantOne for research, strategy development, indicator improvement, and educational content creation.
Aggregated Non-Identifiable Sharing: KwantOne may publish, share, or reference aggregated trading data publicly or with third parties in a form that does not identify you personally. For example: "KwantOne traders averaged a 5.5 profit ratio on YM K1 entries last week." No name, account details, or personal information will ever be attached to any publicly shared data.
Educational Content: Anonymized performance trends and patterns from member trading data may be used in coaching materials, marketing content, social media, and research publications.

Your personal identifying information is never sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your personal trading data at any time by contacting support@kwantone.com.

4. Advertising Networks & Third-Party Tracking

KwantOne uses third-party advertising networks including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms to promote our products and services. These networks may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to:

Show KwantOne advertisements to you on other websites and platforms based on your visit to this site (remarketing/retargeting)
Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns

5. Email Marketing & CASL Compliance

KwantOne sends commercial electronic messages (email marketing) only to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive them, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Our email communications are managed through HubSpot. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (enrollment confirmations, license delivery, billing receipts, coaching report cards) are sent regardless of marketing preferences as they are necessary for service delivery.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Whop.com: Payment processing and subscription management.
HubSpot: Email marketing and CRM platform.
NinjaTrader: Machine ID validation for software licensing.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

KwantOne operates from Canada. Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
